Reticle A service line of Comera Intelligence
Adversary-Led Security Testing
We target you,
so no one else can.
Reticle tests a private principal's security the way a capable hostile actor would, using the same tradecraft our people use to locate and target criminals, turned inward with your consent.
A standard security review tells you where your defences look weak. We go further, and show you how a hostile actor would actually reach you, then how to shut that down.
The Difference
Built from the attacker's side of the table.
Most security firms have a defensive mindset when planning to protect their principals. Our Reticle team has always specialised in finding and reaching people who did not want to be found. Using these skills, we can show you the vulnerabilities a hostile actor would exploit and use against you.
Target focus, not risk matrices
You see your home, your movements, your team's routine and your reachable points laid out the way a hostile planner would assemble them. Then a prioritised fix list, then a re-test.
Lawful methods throughout
We work from what is lawfully available and from reconnaissance you authorise. We don't break the law to get a result, whatever a client might ask for.
Commissioned by the principal
Every engagement is commissioned by, and about, the principal being tested, verified by us in person before any work starts.
Discreet
Our target packs are permanently deleted once your remediation is signed off.
Service Menu
Nine modules, tailored to your requirements.
Prices are "from" figures for a single UK-based principal, exclusive of VAT and disbursements. Final scope and fee are fixed after a vetting and scoping call — the full menu is released under NDA.

S2
Location & Pattern of Life
How predictable and trackable your movements are, tested the way a hostile planner would, with a covert surveillance team deployed where the exercise calls for it.
from £30,500 per principal

Counter-surveillance sweep of a residence or vehicle for unauthorised devices, plus a technical exposure review of connected systems.

Household exposure through partners, adult family and staff. Children are never profiled directly — only assessed through consenting adults' exposure.

How It Runs
Nothing begins until the rules are signed.
-
STEP 01
Vet & Scope
In-person identity check and KYC on the principal, then a call to fix modules, rules of engagement and fee.
-
STEP 02
Authorities
Written authority for every module; a signed letter of authority before any CP or residence element.
-
STEP 03
Execute
Open-source and consented reconnaissance only, inside the agreed rules. We build the pack and test what was authorised.
-
STEP 04
Report & Re-test
Secure briefing, target pack, prioritised fix list with owners, and a re-test to confirm remediation.
How We Work
Everything we do stays within the law.
These are firm commitments, written into every engagement.
01
Lawful Methods Only
We gather what is lawfully available to us and run the reconnaissance you authorise. We don't break the law to get a result, whatever a client might ask for.
02
Authorised Access Only
We test the systems and accounts we have been authorised to test, and nothing beyond that scope.
03
Proportionate Surveillance
Physical reconnaissance focuses on the principal and those who consent. Any incidental observation of others is kept lawful and proportionate.
04
Commissioned and Verified
Every engagement is commissioned by, and about, the principal being tested, verified by us in person before work starts.
05
Consent Boundaries
Adults consent for themselves. Children are never profiled directly. Staff-facing work runs on a lawful basis agreed in advance, and a close protection test is run to industry guidelines with the team's knowledge.
06
Data Handling
Target packs are held encrypted and tightly access-controlled, and permanently deleted once your remediation is signed off.
Request a Call
A vetting call comes before any pricing or fieldwork.
Tell us the shape of the requirement. We will arrange a scoping conversation and, once you are vetted, release the full menu under NDA. Nothing sensitive belongs in this form.
